SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We are committed to processing orders promptly and do our best to ship out orders within 1-2 days after the order is placed. Please note that during holiday season this timeframe may be delayed due to high volume orders.
• Any US orders over $100 receive free shipping, and any US order under $100 pays a standard varying nonrefundable shipping fee.
• All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Once your package ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS (Within 17miles radius of 92688)
For our local customers, we will deliver the product within 3-5 days for the order above $40.
LOST PACKAGES
In the event your package has been lost or stolen please contact the carrier directly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges will be accepted IF product(s) is returned within 14 days after the date that your order was delivered. All returns are for a CI Trade E-Gift Card credit only (store credit never expires). Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not worn, not washed, not damaged, and with all original accessories attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and all shipping charges are non-returnable.
*SALE/DISCOUNTED/JEWELERY/FESTIVAL DECOR items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges/store credits.

A gift card will be emailed to you if your return arrives within the 14 day return window and meets the requirements above. On occasion emailed gift cards are sent to Spam folders, so please check there before reaching out to customer service. All gift cards are non refundable and with an expiry of one Year.
